Ingredients
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
4 cups cashews
4 cups water (add more or less as needed)
1 cup agave
Pinch of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender and run on high until smooth.
2. Place in a large container in the freezer and stir briskly every 2 hours until frozen.
