Ingredients
1 RED PEPPER, WASHED, SEEDED & CUT INTO CHUNKS
1 tablespoon SESAME OIL

Recipe Directions
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY. VERY NICE, LIGHT DRESSING! I ALSO ADDED SOME CAYENNE TO MIND AND IT WAS GOOD!

Whenever I make sauces or soups with bell peppers it ends up with a strange consistency - watery. Should I be doing it in my zero horse power blender instead of my -1 horse power food processor?

It can be. Just make sure you buy cold-pressed and untoasted.

The red peppers are quite watery when you process them. The miso gives a good flavor and also helps to thicken it. If you like it thicker, add some ground flax seed to it :)
Yes, you can buy "raw" sesame oil, you just have to read the label...
Hmmmm... i'll have to try the Hemp seed oil sometime. Thanks for the suggestion.

I make this sometimes with sea salt instead of the miso. It's also great with hemp oil instead of the sesame oil:)
