Ingredients
2 bag Various greens
¼ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
Braggs or Nama Shoyu, too taste
1 lime, squeezed
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
seasame seeds, too taste
sea salt, too taste
Recipe Directions
Tear in bite size pieces whatever greens you desire to use. (I used turnip, mustard and Collard) Whisk the remaining ingredients together and toss into greens. Let sit for 1 hr to “marry” the flavors.
You can also add bok choy, peas, sprouts, etc.
