1 cup Quinoa, Sprouted
1 tablespoon honey or agave
dash cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together, eat, and enjoy! You can even put fresh fruit in the mix, like fresh strawberries and blueberries, or dried dates or dried cherries. That would be good too!
LivingLotus's Thoughts
By LivingLotusThis is a simple sweet tasty live treat! I was really hungry one evening and wanted something easy. I had some sprouted quinua on the counter drying, and came up with this cereal, and was very pleasantly surprised at how well it came out.
