Tomato Sauce/ Ketchup
You can use dates (blended with a bit of water) instead of the agave/honey to make this totally raw vegan (since agave can't actually be raw, even if it says it is).
And yeah, I use all dried tomatoes usually, since I like a very strong flavor and thick texture to my ketchup. Though if I have some fresh picked on hand I do sometimes add them. I'm making some today, in fact, to go with my pizza crackers (leftover walnut/pecan paste from making nut milk, plus nutritional yeast (alas, not raw), and basil and salt). Yum!
