Yield
Serves 4(or less-I ate all of it in 2 days!)
Found in:
Ingredients
1 cup diced coconut meat
juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 1T)
1 clove garlic, pressed
½ teaspoon extra hot sauce
2 teaspoon dried dill
½ cup chopped yellow onion
Recipe Directions
In a blender, combine 1/2 c of the coconut meat with the lemon juice. Combine this mixture with all of the other ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Adjust hot sauce to your liking. I actually used 1 tsp and found myself reaching for water after every bite. Fortunately, I could breathe much better that day with my sense of smell replenished.

That sounds awesome. What kind of hot sauce do you use? the bottled kind has sugar, salt and preservatives added.
