Yield
Serves 2 to 4
Ingredients
8 ounce coconut water
6 ounce purified water
1 fresh peach
1 handful sliced pineapple
1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
1 handful fresh or frozen blueberries
1 handful spinach leaves
1 or 2 sticks celery
ice if desired
Recipe Directions
All measurements are approximate and feel free to experiment! Use less or more of any of the ingredients. The celery adds a lovely flavour and touch.
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or good blender; blend until smooth and creamy.
And enjoy!
