Servings:
2+ big glassesSprouted Quinoa has a texture that can be a bit off-putting, but blending it in a high-speed blender made it almost like a thick milk. This is a quick and interesting breakfast that sort of reminded me of Vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast in consistency and color, but with a much more interesting taste!
Ingredients:
1 cup Sprouted Quinoa, rinsed WELL
1 orange, peeled
1 lime, juiced
2
tablespoon Lucuma powder, heaping
1 squirt of Agave Nectar, to taste
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cup water
juice of 1 young coconut
Preparation:
RINSE the sprouted Quinoa VERY WELL!!! Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. I think the texture might be gross in a regular blender. I poured mine over ice.

No way, I've just been thinking of something like this! I can't digest whole quinoa sprouts, so I have to blend them up into a ranch sauce, or a soup, or a smoothie, or a milk. Quinoa is so tasty and versatile.

Yes, I think quinoa milk would work. The color would be milk-like.

so do you think one could make "quinoa milk"? like add some dates for some sweetness?
