Tomato Vodka Sauce
I am new to the Vegan/Raw diet so I used regular noodles for this one as I am in transition (drastic step for me…..I was eating meat a few days ago…..I am on my way though :-)
I just threw in everything into the food processor to try and make something that resembled tomato vodka! I also cut up fresh corn and only had 1/2 an advocado left but mixed it with the noodles and sauce.
Again, I am really new to all this, so once I get the hang of how to make nut cheese I will sprinkle it on top. (I did not take exact measurements so please adjust to your taste.)
1 pinch Italian Parsley
4 tablespoon Sweet Basil
½ cup cold pressed olive
oil
½ avocado
1 handful of walnuts
1 clove garlic
water to consistency
8 sun dried
tomato(not oil packed)
1 juice of one orange

Juice of one orange and the tomatoes are not oil packed.

Welcome aboard, Lynngadd! I went from a pretty hardcore carnivore to raw, mostly vegan in February. I am still eating some raw cheese and have had seafood and chicken very occasionally. Surprisingly, it has not been as hard to give up meat as I thought it would be.
Your recipe sounds yummy. I look forward to trying it!
